RJN is proud to have fulfilled many projects over several years for Mr Jamil Baig. We provide a wide variety of painting and decorating services for his business and commercial enterprises, as well as working on the homes of his family and friends. This project was particularly exciting, involving a near-derelict bus station which Mr Baig wanted to remodel into a state-of-the-art, FA-approved 5-a-side indoor football complex. Mr Baig gave us a clear budget and asked us to carry out the preparation and full redecoration of this huge and neglected space.
How we helped
Because of the poor state of the existing décor, we spent more than four weeks on thoroughly preparing all surfaces before applying a single drop of paint. The work involved a great deal of working at height for which we deployed hydraulic access equipment and mobile scaffold towers. Once the preparation was completed, our fully qualified, PASMA- and IPAF-licensed decorating team used spray painting techniques to apply more than 1000 litres of alkali-resistant primer and 1500 litres of durable, oil-based eggshell paint throughout the building.
Goal achieved!
As always, careful preparation and attention to detail paid great dividends on this substantial painting job. We completed the work on time and on budget, and the building is now completely transformed into a fresh, contemporary sports facility with a big Wow! factor.
We are already completing further works for this delighted client and look forward to continuing to earn his confidence and trust for many years to come.
